This is a show and tell, I found this at 2AM listed as a silver tone 50's brooch.
I knew otherwise
15 euros later and its here!
I've not tested the brooch yet, but I'm assuming it'll be silver too

Not being a knowledgeable joolie myself, what do we have here... if it's not the "silver tone 50's brooch" it was advertised to be?

 

Georgian silver and black dot pastes piece, probably a button repurposed as a brooch!

 

I adore georgian/these solid closed back silver pieces. Never thought I'd be a construction junkie but with these types of jewelry you can feel every second put into them.

Not sure if its possible to date this one, especially if its a button. Now I need a coat with these buttons My other piece is c1820s, not sure if its around the same time with the similar style or not.
