    Hello.
I'm currently deliberating whether to view this Satsuma vase (c. 27ch high) that has been offered for sale. Although it's very attractive and appears to be of quite decent quality, the base appears to be unmarked - which is a bit of a bummer.

Upon studying the somewhat blurry pictures uploaded by the vendor, I thought that I MIGHT have spotted what COULD be a seal incorporated into the design - it can be seen in the first photo, about three quarters of the way down, slightly to the right.
However, it is more likely to be my imagination running overtime and I'm talking cobblers !

SO - I'd appreciate the opinion of the more experienced readers as to what they think.

    Thanks for any opinions !!

Can we see the base, something looks off with this - and Japanese export vases of the late 19th/early 20th were not known for being cryptic with marks.

    Thanks for your response, BCA.
Unfortunately, the base is pretty unexciting.
