    May 1979, city of Vladimir, Shoe factory. Then maybe a name, but I cannot make it out. Scratched, meeting of the stuff? Then, don't know...

    The stamped part is a date in January 1978, I think (if that last digit is an 8). The part at the beginning is probably the exact day in January, but I can't read it.

    I can't make out any more of the rest than kardinalisimo did. I'm not at home now... if I had my dictionaries I would play around with it a bit. But since most of it is crossed out, that makes it difficult. I'm not sure what the black writing in the middle row is.
