You could ask Natasha. She is Ukrainian, but can read (and speak?) Russian.

 

1st line: Pryadkina or Prjadkina (last name) L. (first name initial)
2nd line: Kizhi (city in Russia)
3rd line: watercolor and year

You can alert a member by @ and the first letters of the name, like @billyd3us . When I typed @bil, the rest of your name appeared, along with some other Bills, I selected yours.
I haven't done it with Natasha's name now, because I think you have the information already, but if you want, you can still type her forum name, Natasha, after @ .
