Russian Oil Landscape Signed SHCHETININ

    The name in Russian is Анатолий Прокопьевич Щетинин, if not wrong in English should be Anatoly Prokopevich Shchetinin.
    Most of the info I am finding is on the Russian websites so I guess he is not internationally known. No auction results either.

    Looks like he is from south central Russia, from a city of half a million people out in the middle of nowhere (I may be incorrect about the "nowhere" assumption.). He is an active artist, 60 years old now.

    Yeah, I pretty much found everything on him from the Russian websites. Who knows, one day he may be better recognized.
