Russian marks help please

    I'm being lazy, could possibly find these, but you guys are fast. ;)

    A wine bottle coaster. Can someone read the marks? I suspect it's plated, but if not that would be Kewl.

    Soviet era, mid 20th century - plated melchior (nickel silver), made by Mstera Jewelers, price: 15 rubles, no kopeks, the first character on the top line indicates the date of manufacture, but I can't quite make it out, and would have to dig into my files to figure out the year...
