Featured Russian Lacquer box with birds, signed

I know there are thousands of these Russian lacquer boxes out in the universe, but can anyone help with the signature of this one? Also, the bird and some of the flower petals almost seem to have foil or some kind of carefully layered reflective material as part of the design. I couldn't really capture that in the photographs. Didn't know if that dated the box at all. I'm assuming vintage, some crazing, but could be newer. Approx 7 inches wide. Plain red lacquer interior. Thanks for taking a look.

I didn't expect the Google title translation to be right. Those flowers and the bird don't remind me of a cold morning.

 

Perhaps the blue on the sides is supposed to be frost.

 

Beautiful box, @Lucille.b -- Very elaborate, compared to many others. I hope you got a good deal on it. My guess is that it is not antique ... but with the crazing, also not brand new.
