I have found this beautifull plate for 10 euro and it is Royal Winton and after googling and found 1 other example that is listed for 900 dollar. Is anyone fimiliar with this pottery and is 900 dollar a bit much or realistic? Sadly my plate has some crazing. 43.jpg 44.png 45.jpg

Signed the way it is, I suspect this is a china painter (3rd party) decorating a Royal Winton blank.

Well, I wonder if it was an outlined pattern that you could paint in the colours? There are obviously several plates of different shapes with the same pattern. And why the number 2879 and who is L.S.? I seem to have questions, LOL!

Here is one, or perhaps the same one though they give a slightly different number, that sold on Worthpoint. If you have an account you could check the sale price.

They also give some info on the painter.
"The plaque is signed by F. Phillips, whose work is shown on page 74 of the book 'Collecting Art Deco Ceramics' by Howard and Pat Watson."
