Featured Round Enameled Pin Assistance, Who Am I

Looking to get a bit of help identifying who made this. Maybe the time period you think it was produced. About 1" across. I can't find anything on the engraving on the back.

925 S (terling) Victorian era probably, engine-turned and enameled silver. Nice little piece. Someone replaced the pin back at least once, but that repair is old too, or else they just had a pre-1900 pin stem handy and used it. During WWI and WWII all sorts of weirdness happened.

 

A lovely ca 1891-1905 Norwegian guilloche enamel brooch.
