Reed and Barton Unmarked Sterling Spoon?

    Bought a Claremont Country club spoon, marked Reed and Barton along with the country club logo. Columbia pattern...Replacements lists this as sterling but not marked as sterling. Did they not mark all sterling?

    That's silverplate. Hotel silver was never sterling;it was always plated due to sticky fingers on both guests and staff.
