This French Limoges plate was manufactured by M Redon for Henry Kohn & Sons - well known jewelers in Hartford,Ct. in business from 1890-1951. The plate is numbered 8960. It has green ivy leaves and little pink flowers that flow onto the center from the rim. The logo pictures a green knight with helmet and tunic decorated with a dragon.
Wish the restaurant ware site were still active to find out if this is a logo for a St George or Sir Gwain Hotel or some such business.

    Any help is much appreciated.

    TIA
    Kathy
