    The bigger piece looks like it could be an Egermann piece.

    The small one depending on how much it holds is either a shot glass or small tumbler.

    The black is silver deposit.
    It will polish up with a liquid silver polish. Silver deposit does eventually wear off with a lot of use and polishing.

    Need to see the bottom of the tall vase please.
    Agree that it is probably Bohemian and a good chance it is Egermann
