Would anyone know who made this teapot? Some kind of Southern Pottery?

I called Drexel Antiques, I thought this was North Carolina pottery. He said the clay and glaze were probably Cole pottery. He is not sure who. Hopefully after he looks in some books he might be able to find out more info!
