Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Another possibility may be John Riels (?) --

The picture is a bit depressing, isn't it?

She has such small (thin) feet in comparison to the bulk of her torso.

Compare it with whatsisname's picture of the woman from the DSS and shes a fragrant flower.

(Sorry, famous English artist who paints ugly pictures escapes me for the moment.)

First signs of brain fade I suppose.

Exactly how I look after consuming to much wine. Just saying.

Look up the Absinthe Drinker by Degas. At the time, critics said she epitomized the degrading effects of the drink. Degas said she was just sitting there, bored.

She's sad because she wanted red and all she had left was one glass of Chardonnay and she hates white wine. That's how I'd feel.

Looks like Gregsglass did a post for each of "them." ;)

Meanwhile, I'm sitting here singing an old summer camp song.

    "Do your ears hang low?
Do they wobble to and fro?
Can you tie 'em in a knot?
Can you tie 'em in a bow?
Can you throw 'em o'er your shoulder
    Like a continental soldier
Do your ears hang low?" :hilarious:

That was the one I was thinking of.

All the Freuds have a lot to answer for. From Sigmund onwards.

Except Clement, maybe, although he was a Liberal.

PS In England 'Liberal' is a rather humourous political party, not as the US press seem to use the term, a dangerous radical out to ruin the good old US of A. It has always puzzled me why 'Liberal' should be a term of abuse in a country founded on liberty.
