I think this is for a boat, circa 1950's or 60's but I haven't found any information to confirm that. I wrote to the company but they never answered. Is anyone familiar with this? Thank you, Mill

Thanks for the link. That's for a digital model. Everything I found for the older models seems to be related to boats.

I will be listing this on ebay for an elderly neighbor once I figure out where to list it

Well yes...but they made it...or bought the company.
I found it for you so could ask them about it.

I wonder if it's for a Caravelle "Interceptor" model boat, they used Faria instruments, exclusively. The first Caravelle Interceptor wasn't built until 1990 but the hull mold was from another builder and I don't know if it was called the "Interceptor" before Caravelle, but if so they may have used them too.

The Interceptor that I have pictured has New London Conn. U.S.A. printed at the bottom of the face. They stopped using this format in the 1960's so I don't think it is for the Carvelle boats.

I found this listing on ebay for an 8 Cylinder model from 1964 and the seller said it would be good for Thunderbolt, Cobra, T-Bird, Sprint Falcon. It has the original box and instructions. The casing looks the same but there is a hole on the base that mine doesn't have.
