Queen Victoria wax seal help with age and value

Hello I am looking for any help with age and value on this tiny queen Victoria wax seal as I am thinking about selling it. many help would be appreciated

 

The seal is made of wax or you believe it's designed for making a wax seal? And what is the exact size of "tiny?"

Hi! It would be helpful if you would provide measurements and a side view.

 

Is that a reversed photo? If not, it's unlikely to be a seal matrix.

 

Perhaps it's looking down through the top?
But we won't know, of course, until the OP provides adequate photos for evaluation.

 

I'm pretty sure photo is looking down from side that would be inside handle, that the working side is an intaglio with the VR engraved in reverse so that it would come out correctly as an impression.

'Tiny' makes me think it is the right size for a fob seal.

This is a young Victoria, but not the head that was used on coins & stamps, so maybe from fairly early in her reign, which began in 1837. There are still quite a lot of these glass seal matrices kicking around; value will be mainly in the appeal of the subject.
