Thai Thepphanom with his hands in the 'anjali mudra', not praying and not a Buddha.
A Thepphanom or Teppanom is a heavenly being that appeared when Buddha attained enlightenment.
The anjali mudra is a greeting, the way you often see people in Asia greet each other. (Something some of us also do during this pandemic, instead of shaking hands.)

Thepphanom like this come in pairs. Even though this is a nice one, $100 for one which has lost its mate is a bit much imo.
