Hi all. I bought this thing solely because it was a hot dime. It slightly interested me as well. I cant make out the language on the back at all,and google translate was no help. The tile itself is 3 1/2 by 3 1/2 . For no good reason I was thinking maybe Israeli ? any input is always appreciated.

All I've got is the date, 11th October 1976
    I don't think it's Hebrew.

Definitely Hebrew, but cursive, not the square typeface you might know from print.
It says: 'To Ella and [name hard to decifer], hoping to see you again. Vered and Abraham. 11/10/1976".
It's a typical 60-70's Israeli ceramic tile. I'll look around for maker.
