image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg Not sure if I am reading it right but not finding anything under the name Darrellict.
I guess made for decoration with those holes.

No idea really but I'm wondering if it says Barrelli CT or Darrelli CT. Will it make a noise if you blow in it?

Is it open at the bottom (the
    wide end) or closed?

Bottom closed. The cap had a cork but it's broken inside. No noise when blowing.

One might guess flute or ocarina; however, either would usually have a fipple - a sharp edge over which one blows, like in a common whistle. There are flutes without a fipple, but they usually have a sharp edge to blow over, as in the "nose flute" or other end-blown flutes.
But in spite of that lack, it looks more like a flute than anything else. It is possible that it just takes some skill or practice to get it to sound; try blowing sort of edge-wise over the largest hole, both with the other end plugged, and without......
I've made flutes out of sections of chrome pipe that many folks could not get a sound out of, but with practice, they actually worked.

Could it be an incense tower?
