Pottery/porc couple of questions today

    Hi all,
    Hope everyone is well. Two questionable pieces today.

    1- Fan shape pottery plate. I'm thinkin along the lines of brush or mccoy or? It is about 7" wide and 6" 'tall'

    #2 is this interesting small 7" handled bowl. I'm thinking japanese, but could be wrong. Great painting on it. Thanks for looking!!

    I have a creamer and sugar (30's or so, they were my grandmother's) with that three-dimensional star underneath that also have stamped marks from Japan. I like the painting too!

    Hi,
    That star on the bottom was to help support the middle of the item so the clay did not sag. I have had pieces from Japan and Germany and I think Italian.
