Pottery open bowl--possibly Danish ?? any ideas ?

have had this sitting around for a while and with all the searching have not found what i thought it was or where i saw similar. Perhaps someone has seen this mark before.
The second mark is 1976 and then the painted mark in blue. Its that first one that has ma stumped.
Nothing shown up under Scandinavian pottery, that i can find.
