    Good Morning from Eastern USA!

My father has this beautiful piece in his collection that was passed down from his mother. I wanted to post some pictures to see if I could find out any more information. The date seems hard to read but I have a few more pictures of the bottom and can post if that would help. I assume the crown and shield is the distinguishing factor?

Any information or point in the direction of an available resource is appreciated!

    Best,
    Dave

I don"t know, I'd be surprised if it was a one off, probably low production though.
