Featured Pottery lamps

    Hi all. Picked these up today thinking maybe Hull or Roseville ? Plus,I thought they were adorable,and at 50% of $15,how could I not ?!? They are 11 inches tall,and I think theres a mark??? Any and all help is always appreciated . DSCN3747.JPG DSCN3743.JPG

    These are nice. Doubt they are Roseville or Hull but can't tell you who. the pic of the mark is too blurry to see. I would think from the 40s.

    Oblique lighting. Good suggestion, KoT. I've had good luck with that technique on occasion.

    The coloration and shading of these lamps remind me of that Ohio pottery (the name of which won't rattle out of the one brain cell that holds it) that made all the little dishes with ducks in flight over cattails.... But, the bottoms look so porcelain-like on your lamps.

    Very pretty. I'm imagining these lamps in a room with barkcloth curtains. :happy:
