Hi, I found this great plate at a sale this weekend. I wonder if anyone can help to identify it? There is an incised mark on the back that looks like "3F". The yellow border has a basketweave design and scalloped rim with little blue marks. It measures 10 1/2" wide. Could it be Chinese or possibly English 19th century? Thanks for any help.
