Pottery Cat with Glass Eyes, RSPCA Donation, does anyone recognise markings?

    Hi, I don't recognize the signature on the bottom of this piece, I don't think its particularly old but it is rather attractive in an eerie kind of way,

    Does anyone know the markings or maker of this?
