Pottery bowls - Made in Japan - blue optic? design.

    These bowls were part of a table lot & I thought I would run them by the group before I did something with them. The mark on the bottom is both in English & Japanese characters. I looked through Gotheborg, but didn't have any luck.

    They are 7 1/4" across & are 2 5/8" to the side edge.

    I wish I was still using blues in my kitchen because these bowls would probably stay with me. They would be a great size for a salad or soup!! :happy:

    The look is quite unusual & reminds me of the art work from a few years back where you keep staring at an abstract piece until you see a particular thing.
