Pottery Bowl with hashtag foot

    Hello pottery heads!

    I have acquired a large pottery bowl that is 14.24" in diameter and stands about 4" tall. IT has a hashtag for a foot and is signed by the artist. I searched endlessly for the artist but came up empty. Any help is appreciated!

    I tried searching for:

    Rilligr
    Rjl i'6r

    There is an "03" inscribed at the end of the signature which I assume is a date.

    It looks like student work, and the dated signature bears that out.

    I sorta get an asian vibe from it. It could very well be asian studio pottery. Most studio pottery is nigh impossible to identify. :)

    bamboo-ish or sort of sticks tied together?
