This thing has me stumped, H&S not sure what that is. I thought salt and pepper but can't find pepper spelled with an H in any language. One of the containers is missing. It is heavy, measures 7 1/2" by 5 1/4" at the base. Appreciate some comments thanks! angels1.jpg angels.jpg angels2.jpg angels3.jpg

Inkwells? Maybe a crafts project and the owner's initials?

Use “inkstand” when searching, it holds inkwells.

we just dug some candle wax out of that small container, now my dad says maybe its an altar. I told him if I put a candle in a coffee cup it doesn't make it a candle holder. LOL.. I mean he could be correct but I thought it was funny.

Maybe sealing wax if someone was using a dip pen to write letters.

Definitely an inkstand, the missing part may have been a sander and not another inkwell.
From these photos I can’t tell if it has honest wear on the bottom.
I’d inquire at Crocker Farm on this one.
