How big are they? The shape is actually a tea caddy.

The biggest is 13.5cm height with 7x7cm, medium sized is 12cm height with 6x6cm and smallest is 10.5cm height with 5.5x5.5cm. Definitely not a tea caddy.

The openings are a bit big for perfume. Maybe for different cosmetic powders?

After looking at a ton of google images, I'm guessing Japan mid-century.

I agree with @janetpjohn. The decoration does not appear to be Limoges quality.

I found this on the term Old Paris (Vieux Paris):

"Old Paris Porcelain is very broadly defined as porcelain made by artisans in and around Paris from the late 18th century to the 1870’s. It was first beloved by Marie Antoinette (particularly the “cornflower” painted patterns) and utilized by only the wealthiest of French aristocrats. But the French Revolution forced makers of luxury items to regain financial stability by producing lower-priced goods made available to a wider public."

That last sentence about lower-priced goods for a wider public could be significant in this case.

I suspect simply ornamental rather than for a purpose.
