    This screams 1960s Japanese import . The quality , the colors etc.

    I agree. The broken hand will pretty much kill any value but, if it was cheap enough, it's worth a shot at getting your money back.

    The pic is not very big or clear, but it looks like someone sandpapered the maker's mark off the bottom....?
