Have been looking for the maker of this pair. Have googled pictures and names. Capodimonte, Ginori and Dresden. The only picture I found is someone calling them Capodimonte, their pair has wooden bases. Any help?

It's a modern "Capodimonte" pseudo mark.

Most welcome - as an aside, the face of the cat is a copy of the Wemyss ones.

I looked through my database again. The trademark belongs to an import company rather than a manufacturer. It belongs to the Febland Group. The company is strictly an importer. It is a registered trademark but only legally protected in the U.K.. As you noted the company once represented the artist, Giuseppe Cappe. It is one of the largest importers of such items and they represent most of the artists. The company applies its logo to many porcelain items even those not made in Italy. Because the symbol only represents the import company they are not required, as manufacturers are, to include the country of origin.
