Porcelain cartoon figures double sided bank

    Picked this up on my way home and had to show you all and ask if anyone has seen this bank before.
    He is 7" tall I think a mouse on one side and raccoon on the other. Looks like a forest ranger outfit?
    Looks to have some age?

    Unusual piece. Wouldn't know how to begin researching it, but it's cool. Looks like the one side is a female character (check out the lashes and rouged cheeks!).
