PORCELAIN? BISQUE? ANGEL w/BLUE SERIAL # - WHO MADE IT?

    Can anyone tell me what this is (Christmas ornament?) and who made it? The blue color of the serial/model number reminds me of the porcelain company with the crossed swords?
    Is it worth the $20 I paid? ( I paid that only because of the $100's I get whenever I find a carved wood angel/cherub, even though I know it's now wood or carved I figured it was worth a $20 gamble)
