I was amazed to find this signed print for such a low price. I left the sticker on it lol.
Print is 16" x 20" Dated 94. Could someone explain the hidden meaning if there is one?

An artistic poke at consumerism in general.

To me, the figures chosen do not tell any deeper story. The duller of the images are from The Last Judgment wall. They are from the groups saved and not. The three brighter ignudi figures from the ceiling are also random. The artist shows us in the ceiling where those three have been plucked-out.

I just read it to mean that God is evicting some of the figures in the Sistine Chapel from their holy home with a "You," You," and You" gesture and they're taking their mundane worldly goods -- easy chair, stove, etc. -- with them.

    Thanks, That's Awesome @Roaring20s .
This print is not numbered so would it be considered a limited edition? I can't find another one of this print.

It would seem to be an open edition print

I would think it was an early example of his work.

I think the one in the front and the one on the left are antiquers, dispairing at the vastness of their collections and feeling forsaken by God.
But that is just my interpretation, taking a lead from Degas.:shy:

I was thinking it had something to do with the controversial restoration. 1980-1994.
    Interesting to say the least.

But how do those appliances fit into that?
    Absolutely. And fun.

I don't know what the artists mindset when it comes to the appliances. Only he can give us that answer.
The company website is very strict on "No evaluations " I worded my email to them stressing that I wasn't interested in evaluating the piece just want information on it.
    Hope he answers!

There doesn’t seem to be much of a secondary market for his work

Love the understatement above. I suspect artist may be Pop Art's Thomas Kinkade.
