Polishing brass PJ Mène brass copy

    I dug this up today and was wondering if it was a good idea to polish it or not. It is a cast brass copy of a P.J Mène figurine, Djinn Etalon Barbe.

    I have read that bronze should be left so the natural patina builds up but brass should be polished.

    If selling, I would leave it alone. If keeping, do as you prefer.

    The overall color of its patina looks attractive in your photos, imo.
