Police bayonet

    This was brought back by a great uncle as war booty, taken from what was once a police station. He's gone now so I can't get any further info. It's blunt and shiny so I presume it's ceremonial. I can find close but no cigar at on-line sites. Does anyone recognize this type of bayonet? Thanks!

    Got a wee typo, Branka: "Solinger" should be Solingen
