Please help with these Asian pictures

    These were a recent purchase. The pictures measure about 5.5" each. Can anyone translate the artists' names? And what is the meaning of the red stamps?

    These are of Xitang, a touristy water village near Shanghai. (Not much more to say, sorry.)
