    Hello,

    I have 2 mysteries in my hands, the (really) small belt buckle looks old, the ring appears to be newish, but I can't find the markings.. The buckle is CT (?)Sterling and the ring looks like K Parli (Parki?) or something similar. I've found Kristina Logan- she makes beautiful rings, but not like this one..
    Thank you so very much ! :)

    It would be smart to attach the pictures too, isn't it ? :shame::shame:

    Maybe it's a cloak clasp rather than a belt buckle?

    There's a fairly famous enamel artist called Perli but not sure of the initial K, maybe worth a check?

    Cloak clasps usually have a couple of rings to attach it to the cloak. I think this is a small belt buckle with that wide bar for attaching a ribbon or strip of fabric. It's very pretty :)

    Ya think?:hilarious:
    Lovely pieces Xristina, especially love the ring.:)
    There is a German jewellery manufacturer named Perli. They also made enameled jewellery, but this mark isn't like any of the German Perli marks I know of.

    Please check out Kristin Perkins for the ring. Looks like her work.

    Said it before, say it again... I'm always so impressed by the obscure (to me) things that people here know.

    What is the size of the buckle/clasp? Is it small enough that it could have been used like a belt buckle on a length of ribbon worn at the throat? I'm missing something about how the 2 ends clasp. In the pic of the 2 parts butted against each other, it doesn't look like the hook on the one part could connect with a loop on the other. What am I misreading?

    I'm also endlessly impressed with the things people here know.

    That's it, thank you so much ! :happy::happy::happy:

    It is pretty small, approx. 1.2 inches long and approx. 1 inch wide.. If it is a belt buckle, I think it is for a small ribbon...
    I didn't take a picture with the second part of the buckle (the one with the loop), sorry about that.. I will take it today and post it a little bit later.

    Me 3 ! :kiss::kiss:
