Featured Please help me identify this fine piece

    Hello and Hope all in great health

    I just got this fine ring last week , and i was interested to know who made this gorgeous piece, i looked around but i really can't find anything, i will appreciate your thoughts and help to identify the hallmarks.

    Sorry i forgot to mention the details of the ring
    Emerald 30ct & diamond , 18k Yellow gold

    not hallmarks...but a makers mark and 750...for 18K gold !
    I'd expect the stones to be diamonds & maybe an emerald ....but that's big for an emerald.....and the pic is not clear enuf for me to be certain...

    Still...my 1st thought is hong kong...but i can't say why..:sorry::sorry:

    Wait for the jewelty gals to come around...they'll have more to say.....
    but i'm seeing the Shopping Chanel ........:(

    Hello komokwa , its actually an emerald and diamond, sorry i forget to mention it in the first place ,. i am not really sure if the maker marks C or G

    hopefully some one will knowledge can let us know more , thank you

    I'd agree that it's a stylised thick capital C. You need to stare at it and reverse what your brain sees, if that makes sense.

    European, possibly, given the 750. Are you sure on it being an emerald? Heck of a big one if it is. Although as it's cloudy, nowhere near as valuable as some. it would be interesting to know the stone's origin.

    From the photos you’ve shown, I would say that it is most likely a natural emerald, as one can see phase 2 or 3 inclusions, fingerprints, and it looks like there might be some angular growth zoning. It’s a great stone, I would get this insured.
