Please Help Identify This Original Watercolor and Artist Name

    P1.jpg P2.jpg P4.jpg P3.jpg I just picked up this original watercolor here in Southern California but i just cannot make out the Artist's name. The painting itself measures 15 inches top to bottom and 22 inches across. Thank you all....

    Don P. something. Jansen? Jarvis? Looks like an amateur work of a local scene. You can always open up the back to see if more information to be found there.
