Please help identify hallmarks on brooch!

Hope this message finds you all well.
These two items have been in my cabinet for a while, never ware them and wonder if anyone can recognise the hallmarks.

The charming brooch is likely to be Austrian, they used to use .935 silver. That cannetille work together with crimped settings is popular in traditional Austrian folk jewellery, but you also see it in the Balkans.
The stones are likely to be glass.
The other number is a manufacturer's code.
Date guesstimate 1930s.

I can't read the marks on the dress clip, other than sterling, but the shape is very Art Deco.
Could we see the front, and also a closeup of the marks please?

 

Yes, I’ve seen that cannetile on pieces from Macedonia too, but Austria makes sense.

 

Yes, the fineness together with the more constrained, fashionable shape are indicative of Austria. They are neighbours, so techniques and styles overlap somewhat.

Here is the front of the clip, My phone camera is not that good, that is the best image for the makers mark. It looks like a J T W, or a hammer in the middle. I will have a look with a magnifying glass later today.

And I agree, the mark is a maker's mark.
A hallmark is an official assay mark or a legal guarantee mark, issued by a government agency. Hallmarks used to be controlled by and punched in silversmiths' guild halls, hence the name hallmark.

Hi,
I had a second look on the clip, the letters are not clear, first one can be anything, second one looks like a hammer and the last one is a W.
I have not worn them, and they have to go, clearing off time.
