It's a slag glass shade. But without better photos, it'll be tough for people to give information. A couple more photos would be nice. One with the shade turned right side up, and a couple of close ups. Plus, some measurements would be great.

Also, would be helpful if you could edit your post and select the full sized images option so people don't have to click the thumbnail.

Resize photos to 1 mb or less. Do you know how to do that?

Looks like an older glass shade.
Check inside the top rim for any maker's mark. Also inside along the bottom, or along any exposed metal piece.

Are there any pieces of glass missing? I see one piece is loose, that can be repaired.
    Condition will affect value.
Also where you are located and how you intend to sell all play into value.

Teens - 30s bent slag glass with pat metal frame/overlay. Many companies made similar. Looks like it is missing glass? If so, fairly expensive to have new panels bent. Consequently, value is greatly diminished.

If your intentions are to sell it, then you'd probably be better to sell as-is and let the buyer manage the repair. Unfortunately, you'll take a sizable hit on it.

I would suspect repairing the cracked piece, if possible, would not do you much good, in terms of value.

If you would ponder a value what would it be
