Am wondering what type of necklace this is called, what type of plastic this might be made from and when it might date to?
There is a butterfly also hanging from the flower and also another what seemes like plastic stone too.

Thank you all for any help

My daughter has one like this, it’s pretty :)
I think it came from Claire’s which is a modern UK high street brand. The lobster clasp would also suggest modern.
    Could be described as BoHo?

These are very recent and I’ve seen a fair few of them. One clue is that lobster claw clasp, another is the “patina”.

That’s what I thought until I was looking up a dress last night I bought for my daughter and it was described as Boho- who knows, I’m just winging it here :hilarious:

Just for the record, we have Claire's in the US too. I only pass by, but from what I can see in the window, it's a little girl's heaven.

I definitely bought quartz necklaces there in the 90s lol. Once bought the tiniest silver studs there and they were locked in a case for security, so that tells you the level of finery they have. :playful:

    kyratango Bug jewellery addiction!

    They could have interesting pieces...
I bought some years ago a long and very supple black threaded glass beads sautoir for 5€!
Can be compared with a nice Victorian mourning one at a fraction of the price, and useful for marriage with brooches as clasp! Resized_20240224_150527_1079297892158439.jpeg Resized_20240224_150426_1079298354261515.jpeg
