Pink Crackle Glass Shell Dishes

    I'm not sure if crackle is the correct term. All four are cut on the top rim and show traces of gold gilding. They measure 6.25" x 4.5" x 1.10". Are they spoon rest? Also the glass seems to greatly vary in thickness along the rim. Any thoughts as to maker are appreciated.

    I think they call it "cracked ice".

    I think too fancy for a stinkin' spoon rest!
    Not that I have any good ideas as to what they may be.

    Beads that look like this are called "crackle" glass, but I don't know about glassware.

    I think they are 1950s-60s berry or dessert bowls.

    Craquel (sp) is another term to use.
