Pin brooch help

    Any ideas on this pin brooch? I cannot find any markings

    Interesting how the beads are “wire-tensioned” into place. Seems like a technique you’d see more in functional metal smithing rather than something a pure jeweler would do....could also just be and artistic decision.

    ...either way it’s funky and I really like it. How big is it?

    I've seen that done before on some older pieces, up until about 1950. Beyond that.. no idea.

    Kind of unusual with the pin-set beads, but I think most likely Czech, circa 1930s...

    That green mottled glass is especially typical of between the wars Czech.

    I wouldn't be surprised about the beads being Czech. The piece could have been assembled anywhere.
