Anyone interested in these photos and postcards? The postcards are #7, 10, 11 & 12.
Let me know if you want the works or just certain ones. #7, 11 & 12 are creased. I'll leave open until Monday afternoon. Will add photos over 2 posts.

Curious about #12 - I'm wondering, is that lady one of the family walking behind His Majesty, the wife of a dignitary (walking on her left) or is it an "unidentified" lady in waiting...............

 

If I don't win... I'm most interested in the child in the sailor suit, the plane and the royals.

Here is a close-up photo Mansons - I don't think she is a Royal, but could be wrong.

 

I'm in for # 4 & # 8 !!.....if that's possible....

 

Please note the royal ladies hats! Fascinators were "in" then as well as now.

And I think the lady is a royal. If one googles 'photos of the ladies in waiting to Elizabeth, wife of King George VI,' I think that is she on the balcony on coronation day -- just at the Queen's left elbow. LIW's don't appear on the balcony!

Good eye silver. I wonder if she is a LIW - the caption under the photo doesn't name her but does mention the other lady is a LIW

Thanks for the enlargement - It is not the lady I thought it was - I THINK that it is the King's sister Mary, Princess Royal, Countess of Harewood

I was going to say the same thing. You're going to need to pick names out of a hat! Probably just as well if Stuff gets the pictures; I don't need more to hoard. I used to have a friend who collected biplane stuff. Now if that were a train we'd have a war.

 

I really like #11 (the two "working?" men with the one on the left holding his lunch pail perhaps).

If you split up the various photos, would you please put my name in for #11?
