Pewter tray.

does anyone know what the stamps can tell me, it is a tray made out of pewter 8.5" square.

    If Taiwan has the balls to make fake tourist merchandise (Not fake tourists, but fake "older looking expensive items" that tourist buy thinking to make a MILLION,( as opposed to just listening to "Marillion"!) Then they would also just stamp crap marks into their products to fire up interest!
