Pewter Hallmark inquiry

    Hello everyone, I have what I believe to be a Chinese tea caddy but have had no success in identifying or dating the understamp. All I can decipher is that it says "made by" and the company's name. Does anyone know the full translation, if this is a known maker, and the time frame it was made? Any information is most helpful. Thanks so much!
