Pewter Charger w/ Dolphins &...Crowned Cuttlefish??? Heraldic Eagle mark

I bought a pile of pewter a year or so ago including a handful of chargers/plates. Just took those out for the first time today. This one is pretty interesting. Based on the heraldic eagle mark I’m guessing it’s German or Austrian? Looks like the touchmark(?) Is NAK on top of the eagle but the second letter is tough to make out. The front has two dolphins with some scrolly vegetation. The center has what looks like a crest featuring a crowned cuttlefish??? Looks like a cross between a cephalopod and a helmet from a knights armor. Any idea what it actually is? Anyone good with pewter marks? Looked around but found find anything. Would like to figure this one out!

 

Looks like a crowned helmet with feather plumes and the dolphins look like vicious sea serpents.

 

I've enhanced it a bit, but wait for others to show up, there are some members here very good with identifying marks!!! And sorry, looks like I may have inadvertently cut off the 'E' off to the right of the 'N' at the bottom!
