    I doubt you'll be able to reach them. St. Thomas looks like a war zone after Irma. :(

    The eyes and the faces reminds me of someone’s style but can’t recall of whom?

    Silly me, of course they are nuns.
    Someone on FB wondered if they could be a connection between the illustration and a 1972 book called “Rape Of The American Virgins” by Edward O’Neil.
    Then I thought, maybe the nuns represent St Thomas, Croix & John?
